Free shipping on most orders over $75. Most products shipped via Canada Post tracked package unless otherwise noted.

Return & Exchange Policy

For most products, you have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. Return policies may vary per supplier. Most products qualify for Free Returns and/or Buyer Protection. Please contact Thorstree Technologies directly for any returns.

Clearance/Open Box and Distressed Packaging Products

The product is New in an Opened Box.
Some Packaging may be distressed or Missing.

The product is still considered in "Like New" condition and is certified by Thorstree Technologies Inc. to be in full functional status (unless otherwise noted.)

All sales final!

Returns are accepted if the product is defective @ end-users expense.

Subject to a 15% restocking Fee.

Refurbished Products Have been tested and cleared by

and are certified to be fully functional.

Some items may be considered to be "B" grade products or units.
with physical blemishes or minor scratches and dents.
